SandGrain to Showcase Trusted Vision AI for Defence at Eurosatory 2026

SandGrain will participate in Eurosatory 2026 (15–19 June, Paris) at the Sopra Steria booth (Hall 5, Stand K129), where the company will demonstrate how hardware-rooted trust sewherecures Vision AI from Sensor–Edge–AI Factory.

Under the theme Trusted Vision AI: Secure Edge-to-AI Protection within Sopra Steria’s In-Mission Data Drifting Solution (InnerDataPrep), SandGrain will present a live demonstration showing how trusted hardware data streams (for example, from sensors aboard drones), protected AI inference models, secure model updates, and seamless retrofit of existing systems can be secured in defence environments where software-only security is no longer sufficient.

The demonstration will feature a real hardware authentication sequence on an actual board—not a concept presentation—showing how SandGrain enables immediate retrofit capability for existing systems via USB, SPI, and M.2 connectivity. This allows existing platforms to strengthen security without waiting for full redesigns or lengthy certification cycles.

As the modern battlefield becomes increasingly digitalized and deeply interconnected, defence platforms are evolving toward software‑defined architectures. This transformation increases the need for trusted hardware identity, supply chain integrity, and secure AI deployment. Protecting against spoofing, counterfeit components, hardware tampering, and untrusted data streams is no longer optional—especially in mission-critical environments where trust in both devices and data is essential.

At the same time, new regulatory requirements such as the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), increasing demands for hardware traceability, and the strategic importance of digital sovereignty are accelerating the need for secure-by-design architectures. Defence organizations are looking for solutions that support compliance, resilience, and long-term operational reliability.

SandGrain’s CyberRock platform delivers immutable hardware-rooted identity, post-quantum resilience, and certificate-free authentication—helping organizations secure connected systems from design to decommissioning. Rather than relying solely on software-based security, SandGrain provides a foundational hardware trust anchor that secures sensors, devices, data streams, and inference AI models across the full operational lifecycle.

Produced within a European chain of custody via X-FAB’s European facilities, SandGrain’s solution supports sovereignty requirements, ITAR-free positioning, and secure-by-design architectures for aerospace, defence, critical infrastructure, and industrial IoT applications. The approach enables customers to strengthen compliance, reduce supply chain risks, and accelerate secure deployment of connected systems.

At Eurosatory, SandGrain will host private technical demo sessions for customers, partners, and defence stakeholders interested in secure AI deployment, supply chain integrity, retrofit opportunities, and trusted hardware identity for existing and next-generation platforms.
